All equipment submitted to Jantec for repair are evaluated and repair costs confirmed to the customer.

Should the cost of repair be uneconomic, Jantec will be pleased to quote for the supply of either a new replacement or a service exchange item where available. Jantec has considerable experience in sourcing electronic components and assemblies and will be pleased to provide quotations of any items customers may require.

Jantec understand that technically obsolete equipment may still be providing excellent service to its users, or may not be easily replaceable.
